1. Overview

If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

2. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as received

    • In original packaging

  • To initiate a return, contact hausholly16@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Do not send any items back without prior approval from our team.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Intimate or personal care items

  • Sale or discounted items

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • We’ll guide you through the exchange process depending on product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours at hausholly16@gmail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the damage

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

7. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless it’s our error.

  • Use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account and credit card company first.
